Rotary Valve are used as separators between high pressure(inside cyclone) & low pressure (outside cyclone) zones. It serves as a leakage protection for cyclone. Ideally used with cyclone for bran and dust discharging from bottom.

Working Principle:

  1. Casting vanes rotate at a fixed RPM which collect the particales being discharged fron cyclone.

Construction

  • Steel Casting structure with bolted Construction.
