The advanced and efficient AGT Pneumatic Sheller de-husks paddy gently between two rubber rolls. The machine offers more productivity, occupies less space, low power consumption with easy operation and maintenance. This machine is designed to bring down the broken in rice during husking process.

Working Principle:

  1. Paddy is fed from the vibratory feeder through a stainless steel feeding tray which is centered to drop paddy uniformly between the two rubber rolls.
  2. Vibro-feeder’s advance & precise design ensures even & uniform flow of paddy to avoid over flow thereby breakage of rice kernels in the paddy between the rubber rolls is well controlled.
  3. Pneumatic cylinder provides just the amount of pressure to de-husk, balanced enough to ensure no broken are generated in the process
  4. The difference in speed between the rubber rolls will peel off the husk from the paddy.
  5. High speed blower with double inlet cools the rubber rolls and extends the life of rubber rolls.
