Densimetric De-Stoner

Product processing / development at AGT goes beyond simply improving and revamping existing products line.


Closed-Type Densimetric De-Stoner is designed to efficiently separate impurities that are heavier than the product that are small and are very light in weight. This is used to ensure no damage happen to the milling machines in the further process. The impurities could not be removed by Pre & Fine Cleaners & De-Stoner or and may have generated after the cleaners.

Working Principle:


  1. The Densimetric Rice De-Stoner separates particles with different specific gravity than the product.
  2. The product fed through the inlet is evenly spread by the feeder arrangement to the entire width of the sieve frame.
  3. The air blows from under the sieve and oscillation of inclined sieve maximizes the specific gravity difference which is more effective in closed circuit chamber.
  4. Impurities such as stones, glass pieces, metal, etc., will move to the back & upwards direction and drop into the collector. The outlet discharge is time controlled and the collected stones will is discharge in set intervals.
  5. The clean product will move to product outlet in the front.
  6. Combination of closed circuit camber, air being blown from under the sieve and oscillating sieve operation allows flow in both direction, elimination of impurities and provide clean product for milling process further on.
  7. Closed Circuit Chamber design offers high efficiency in operation and caused less pollution.
