De-Stoner

De-Stoner efficiently segregates impurities such as stones, magnetic and nonmagnetic metals, mud balls etc, from product which is of the same size and could not be separated/removed in the Pre-Cleaner & Classifier. The weight of these impurities are higher than the product.

Working Principle:

1. The De-Stoner separates impurities from product on the principle of difference in product and impurities specific bulk density / weight.
2. The product with impurities are fed & evenly spread by the feeder arrangement on the entire width of the sieve frame.
3. Powerful blower with precise aspiration keeps the product afloat by air suction.
4. The 2 vibro motors create powerful vibration and pulsating effect which pushes the impurities upwards towards the discharge. And the clean product will move to double product outlet.
5. Precise construction assures stone less paddy.
6. Removes immature grains with other impurities.
7. Vibro motors assure noiseless trouble free operations.
8. Negligible loss of paddy.
