Ideal to remove impurities from product which are bigger or smaller in size. The closed system is efficient for fine cleaning and has dust free operation. The classifier is double deck system fitted with vibro motors. Supported with a Leg Aspirator and a centrifugal fan; fine dust is efficiently removed. Sieves are provided with rubber balls for self-cleaning with product specific size perforations which allow the segregation of over-size impurities, under-size impurities and cleaned product. The vibro motors are tuned to provide precise’ vibration and pulsating motion.

As the cleaned paddy passes through the Aspirator an remaining Fine dust / light weight impurities are removed.

Working Principle:

  1. The product is fed in to the machine which is vibrated by Vibro motors set for efficient vibrations.
  2. The vibrating sieves pulsate the product evenly over the sieve and supported with self-cleaning rubber balls in the sieve frame.
  3. Sieves, both top and bottom, are provided with product specific perforations enabling segregation of over-size and under-size impurities from the product. Impurities are discharges on the side.
  4. The product after passing through the sieves is further processed in the leg aspirator for extraction of dust.

Construction

  • Mild steel with laser cut structure with bolted Construction.
  • GI sheet is used for screens corrosion resistant. SS is available on request.
