Paddy Pre-Cleaner

Pre-Cleaner is designed to remove all the foreign material / impurities - such as stones, immature grains, metal, glass, wire, other coarse & fine material and light material like dust from the raw product arriving. The product must be free from all foreign material before milling process.

Pre-Cleaner is operated with built-in Blower and Metal-Wooden Sieves. A scalperator can also be added to remove sticks and straws.

Working Principle:

1. The raw product is fed into the scalperator which removes impurities like sticks and straws; and product us further fed in to sieve boat below.
2. As the products falls on to the top sieve, it passes through the built-in aspiration system fitted with blower at the top of the machine which will extract the dust & lighter impurities.
3. Sieve boat is vibrated to create a pulsating effect for the product movement, spreading & segregation on the sieve.
4. Coarse impurities such as mud, straw, stones, etc. larger than the perforation size on the top screen, will be separated and discharged on the side.
5. Fine Impurities such as sand, small stones, etc. smaller than the perforation size on the bottom sieve will, fall through leaving behind product and will be discharged from side.
6. Product separated from coarse and fine impurities i.e. size larger and smaller than desired product, is on top of the bottom sieve and moves for further processing.
