Paddy Tray Separator

High stability Paddy Separator efficiently separates paddy from the brown rice with the help of indented tray by differentiation by specific density and size.

Outpour is classified in 3 categories:

• Brown Rice
• Paddy and Brown Rice Mix
• Paddy

Working Principle:

1. Mixture of paddy & brown rice is fed into the distribution box from the vibration feeding hopper evenly to avoid clogging.
2. The paddy will pass through the properly sized distribution box and fed onto the indented tray.
3. The indent trays stacked one above the other, moving in a continues back and forth stroke on an inclined vector which assists in paddy & brown rice are separation due to difference in specific gravity.
4. The mix is separated in 3 classification: Brown rice, Paddy and Mix (Paddy and Brown rice).
5. Paddy separated is sent back to Pneumatic Sheller for de-husking, separated brown rice is sent for further processing. The paddy and brown mix is re circulated for separation.
6. The inclined stokes give high yield of brown rice separation from mix.
