Rotary Sifter can segregate input rice into different categories.The machine is specifically designed and best suited for grain with multiple sizes at input largely comprising of small particles (broken). This equipment enables customers to sort grains into different categories, on the basis of size and quality.

Rotary Sifter was designed and developed for classification of input product into multiple categories. It it can be used to classify input product to sizes:

◦ Whole ◦ ¾ ◦ ½ ◦ and tips. It is an essential machine in the milling process for various grains.

Working Principle:

1. The product will be fed from the top inlet.
2. The product will pass through the desired sieve frames which are provised and placed according to the product and its variety.
3. The sieving is done with rotary motion. The rubber balls I the seving tray ensure efficient segregation & sieving.
4. The output is classified in 4 outlets as desired and can be collected separately.
